Shipping Cost Disclaimer
Please note that shipping is not free and will vary per order. You may see shipping listed as “Free” or $0.00 at checkout; however, this is not the final shipping cost. At this time, we are unable to calculate exact shipping charges at checkout. Shipping costs are added after the order is packed and labeled, based on the final number of boxes, weight, and dimensions.
The final shipping amount will appear on the invoice issued after delivery. If you would like a shipping estimate in advance, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a close approximation.
Shipping Schedule & Order Cutoff
All orders ship every Thursday morning from Miami, FL.
Orders must be placed by Thursday at 9:00 AM EST to ship the same week. Orders received after this cutoff will ship the following Thursday.
Shipping & Delivery Options
Courier
Available only for South Florida locations within the Miami area. This is a flat-rate service, typically $30, and can vary depending on order size.
FedEx
All orders for locations outside of South Florida will be shipped via FedEx. Shipping rates vary per order based on the number of boxes, weight, and dimensions. While we do our best to pack and consolidate shipments to secure the best possible rates, FedEx pricing is determined by the carrier and is not controlled by us.
Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the ship date. Delivery timelines may vary by location and carrier and are not guaranteed. Please refer to the tracking link for the exact information.
Payments & Invoicing
This site is ONLY for placing orders. An invoice will be issued from Oakberry USA Corporate LLC via QuickBooks, where payment can be made once an order is delivered.
All invoices are issued on NET 30 terms, calculated from the date of delivery. Please refer to the invoice notes for additional details.
